Refund Policy

Seedream5Pro uses credits for image generation. If a generation cannot be submitted or a verified provider failure occurs before completion, the system returns the credits used for that task. Duplicate callbacks do not duplicate refunds.

Payment refund requests are reviewed based on purchase status, credit use, account activity, fraud risk, and applicable payment-provider rules. Contact support with your account email and order information.

Failed generation credits

Automatic credit return

Credits are returned through the original ledger allocation when a terminal generation failure is verified. Storage failures are handled separately because the provider may already have produced the image.
